In this week's Pulse Report, the streets are buzzing about Young Jeezy taking back his Nas diss, Cash Money looking to sign Jadakiss, Monie Love challenging Jay-Z and Jim Jones tricking Jigga.

1. Jeezy retracts Nas diss. As previously reported by SOHH, Jeezy questioned Nas' street credibility last week during an interview on Philadelphia's 100.3 The Beat. The proud trapper appeared on Funk Master Flex's show on New York's Hot 97 radio station earlier this week. Though he proclaimed, "tell Nas to holla at me" while exiting the Philly station, Jeezy told Flex he didn't mean any disrespect. "All that ain't making nobody no money at the end of the day. I'm a tell you, me and Nas about to go out and make some money," Jeezy told Flex. "Ain't nobody stopping that. That's Def Jam running it right now. I'm speaking on behalf of us."

On another note, footage of the 100.3 interview surfaced on YouTube this week. The segment captured an earlier part of the aforementioned interview, in which host Monie Love asked Jeezy to explain the logic behind his snowman t-shirts. "Everybody called me snowman when I was on the street tip and I didn't wanna change that. When I did the shirt, I thought like a symbol of pride...Like a dude who wasn't scared to talk about it, who did it like a street spokesperson." What is he talking about? Dude sounds more like the "I give black people a bad name" spokesperson.

Jeezy then implied that hustling was a must for him while Monie and her co-host were probably more fortunate to get good jobs. "Not everybody wants to fill out an application," Monie's co-host then snapped. Chuch! Fumbling arguments again huh, Jeezy. Somebody please give this dude media training.

2. Cash Money to sign Jadakiss? That's the word according to Weezy F. Baby. During a recent interview, the self-proclaimed "king of New York" revealed that Cash Money and Jadakiss had been speaking about bringing the Yonkers lyricist to the New Orleans-based label. Are things that bad on D-Block?

If heads thought that Weezy's claims of being better than Jay-Z were blasphemous, they haven't heard anything yet. When asked if anyone besides Hov was close to being on his level, Weezy replied, "Juelz Santana." LMAO! Keep in mind that Lil' Weasel was alternating between blunt pulls and cherry bites when he made the outrageous declaration. In other words, dude was high. "Nah, I can't say that," Weezy added. "Juelz is on my level." Ha! Vicodin is a hell of a drug.

3. Monie Love and company challenge Hov. Shouts to Monie Love and her crew. The Philadelphia radio personality has been bringing the truth to the airwaves as of late. Only days after Young Jeezy stormed out of the station, Love interviewed President Carter over the phone. The interview began with Monie and company asking Hov about forgotten Roc-A-Fellers including Freeway, Peedi Peedi and Tieara-arra Marie. Well, close enough. Rather than admitting that miss Marie caught splinters from going wood with her debut album, Hov made it seem like both parties parted ways amicably. "We felt that she can grow better without us," Jay explained. "I stick to people even if they're not successful, I mean, look at my history." Ouch! You may as well call The Roc minus Kanye and Sigel a bunch of bums. Jigga also wouldn't budge when asked about being a self-promoting CEO, claiming that Def Jam was second to none in breaking six acts in the last three years.

4. Jim Jones tricks Jigga, bench presses Rosci. The always entertaining Jim Jones made an appearance on 106 & Park earlier this week. The Harlemite took the opportunity to sound off on record sales and Hov, among many other things. "Jay fell for the booby trap," Jones said before acknowledging that Hov's diss response elevated his Capo status. After premiering the "We Fly High" remix video, Jones accepted Terrence J's challenge and proceeded to bench press Rosci effortlessly. Baaallliiinnnnn!
